About
A serious property services company that happens to use robots.
Why we started Bot & Blade
Robotic grounds equipment has been viable for years, but most commercial properties in our region still receive service from a traditional weekly-crew model. We started Bot & Blade to operate the equipment the way it should be operated — as part of a managed, accountable service program rather than as a piece of hardware sold to a customer.
Our team brings operational and supply chain experience from outside the landscape industry. That background informs how we source equipment, how we maintain the fleet, and how we communicate with property managers and boards.
We treat every property — a single-family home, an HOA common area, or a commercial campus — as a service relationship, not a transaction. That isn't marketing; it's how the operations are built.
How we work
Bot & Blade is a fully managed service. We provide the equipment, install it, monitor it, maintain it, and remove it for the off-season. Customers do not purchase, lease, or maintain hardware.
Real people stand behind every property. Routes are monitored by our operations team and on-site issues are addressed by local technicians — not by a remote help desk. Response is measured in hours, not days.
